Booking Policy:
All correspondence(s) in respect of Tours / Travel Services and bookings should be addressed to TRISOJ Travel. As per the booking policy, A minimum deposit of 30% of the total cost and full airfare is to be paid by you to Trisoj.com the deposit is required to hold the booking on a confirmed basis.
20% remaining when your booking is done.
Remaining 50% – 03 weeks before the date of arrival.
Any booking made within 15 working days of the date of services would be considered to be a late booking and for the same, the full and final payment is required to be made at the time of booking itself.
Note:
Apart from the above, in case of bookings for special train journeys, hotel or resort bookings during the peak season (X-Mas, New Year, Pushkar Fair, Diwali, etc.) full payment is required to be made at the time of booking itself.
If You Cancel Your Travel Package
You, or any member of your party, may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our offices.
The applicable cancellation Charges are as per the published cancellation policy below:
Cancellation charges per person after confirming the package.
- If cancellation is 90 days prior to arrival- 50% of the deposited amount towards the Tour cost, shall be refunded. » If cancellation is between 90 days to 60 days prior to arrival – 30% of the deposited amount towards & quote; Tour Cost shall be refunded.
- If cancellation is between 60 days to 30 days prior to arrival – 20% of the deposited amount towards Tour Cost shall be refunded
- If cancellation is within 30 days prior to arrival – No Refund
- There is no refund on cancellation of bookings during festival dates and peak season, which is from 29 September 2019 to 10 January 2020.
- In the event of cancellation/amendment, Trisoj Travel would charge a processing fee of 10% of the total invoice amount. Trisoj Travel will assist to try and collaborate with the hotel to get the penalty amount to the minimum possible and find alternate solutions such as using the credited amount for future reservations, but the final decision on the same lies with the hotel authorities and is not Trisoj Travel liability.
Important Note:
- The Company will not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to any person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation, or other services, resulting directly or indirectly – GOD, hazards, fire, accident machinery, or Any rule in the rules of equipment, transport, violation war, political proximity, civil disturbances, attacks, riots, strikes, theft, travel, epidemic, medical or custom department Britt any receives another reason beyond our control.
- Prohibited goods by any state government are not allowed in the coach. The passenger is responsible if such goods are found and the passenger will be left at the checking point.
- Passengers are joining the tour at their own risk & amp; responsibility.
- Passengers are requested to look after their luggage. The company is not responsible for any loss or damage.
- The company is not liable for any kind of refund in case of mechanical failures or natural calamities.
- Base category rooms will be booked in Hotels until and unless specified in the quotation. In case the rooms are not available in selected hotels, rooms shall be booked in similar hotels or higher category rooms where you need to pay the difference. Any date amendments in the air tickets will be considered as cancellation only and new tickets are issued under new applicable fare at the time of issuance of the ticket and cancellation charges are applicable for the canceled tickets as per airline policy. In case we are unable to get the confirmation then the deposited amount shall be refunded to the guest. Once given confirmation then full and final payment should be made either in cash or draft at the time
- Rates mentioned above are valid for Indian nationals only until and unless specified along with a quotation.
- The quotations are given without holding any confirmed reservations either in the airlines or in the hotels. Once the quotation is accepted by the guest and the advance amount is deposited either in Cheque/cash to process the reservation, the booking is processed at our end.
- Any amendments in the date or itinerary are to be intimated to us in writing and amended confirmation depends on the availability of given hotels on requested dates. The cancellation policy shall be applicable in such a case.
- Whether to take service or not. Please carry your valid Identity proof card(passport in case of International travel) containing your Photographs. It is required at the airport and during check-in at hotels. Pan Card is not a valid identity proof so please do not carry that with you. The check-in and check-out time of most hotels is 02 PM to 12 PM and the number of meals including breakfast always corresponds to the number of nights booked by the guest. The hotel does not provide breakfast on the day of arrival. For early check-in and late checkouts, payments are to be settled directly by the guest at the hotel.
- The company can assist you in processing visas for international travel but can assure your visa and in case of failure of the visa process, the cancellation policy will be applicable and will be charged to the client.
- In the case of International travel, rates may vary based on changes in ROE or any other fluctuation in an international market or subject to availability.
- We strongly suggest our customers carry a hard copy of the complete Vouchers provided by the Company to present the hotel and Avail the services through the booking reference number. In case you do not present the vouchers at the hotel while checking in, the Hotel can deny your booking and may not allow you to check-in the hotel. In such situations, the Company will not be responsible for the same.
- The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the access to any or all Company websites or its other sales channels and their related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice, for general maintenance, or any reason whatsoever.
- The company and its counterpart shall not be responsible for any change and alteration in the program due to unavoidable circumstances such as landslides, road blockages, floods, snow, political unrest, cancellation of flight, delayed arrival, sickness, or accidents.
- Any extra cost incurred thereof shall be borne by the clients on the spot.
