The journey starts with a day in the capital city of Srinagar, surrounded by gorgeous lakes, mountains, and Chinar trees. Here you can spend time at the Shalimar Bagh, Nishat Bagh, and Chashme Shahi. On the next day, we start early with a drive to Gulmarg, a national treasure for both flower and snow lovers in India! Enter into the mysterious, breathtaking flower Valley and surround yourself with the snow-capped Pir Panjal ranges. Then head on to the Golf Course (and spend a few hours on the Gulmarg Cable Car or Ski Slope!). By the end of the day, we drive back to our hotel in Srinagar and take a good rest.
The third day is packed with amazing surprises! First, we reach Pahalgam and head over to the banks of Lidder River, popular for fishing as well as picnics! You and your family and friends will equally love the crystal clear, heavenly atmosphere of Sheshnag Lake, which is our next stop. Of course, we also visited the ancient Awantipura Vishnu Temple ruins and then retired to a beautiful stay in the town of Pahalgam, surrounded by the soothing village atmosphere of Kashmir. Those who want a little more adventure can also head out to the Aru Valley of Baisaran Waterfall by booking a car.
On the morning of the fourth day, we return to Srinagar and check into the best experience of them all - the Houseboat! You and your loved ones get to enjoy a traditional, royal Kashmiri lifestyle floating on the Dal Lake, surrounded by tourists, musicians, craftsmen, and local cooks selling wares and going about their daily lives. While here, you also get to enjoy the once-in-a-lifetime shikara ride on the gentle waves of the lake. Our 5 Days Kashmir travel packages are inclusive of local transportation costs and the transportation between two different tourist destinations such as Srinagar and Pahalgam or Srinagar and Gulmarg! However, transportation from your hometown to Srinagar is not included in this package. Similarly, pony rides or cable car rides are also to be counted separately!
